SSSH — SSH & tmux Client for iOS

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing or using SSSH, you unconditionally accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately stop using the app and delete it from your device.

2. Description

SSSH is an SSH and tmux client for iOS. The app provides a terminal interface to connect to remote servers via the SSH protocol. SSSH is a simple communication tool; it does not host, manage or control any remote server.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for the servers and computers you connect to via SSSH, as well as all actions performed on those machines.

By using SSSH, you acknowledge and accept that:

You are the owner or authorized administrator of every server you connect to via the app.
You are solely responsible for all commands executed on remote servers, including those that may cause data loss, service interruption, or any other damage.
You are responsible for the security, configuration and maintenance of the servers you access.
You agree not to use SSSH to access systems without authorization or for any illegal activity.
You are responsible for protecting your credentials (passwords, SSH keys) and the physical security of your iOS device.

4. Complete Disclaimer of Liability

SSSH is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Fastodata disclaims all liability for:

Any data loss, file corruption or hardware damage resulting from commands executed via the app on your servers.
Any interruption, unavailability or malfunction of the remote servers you connect to.
Any unauthorized access to your servers resulting from compromised credentials or device.
Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, regardless of cause, related to the use or inability to use the app.
Any consequences of configuration errors, erroneous commands or unintended actions performed by the user on their servers.
Any financial loss, loss of business or loss of profit resulting directly or indirectly from using the app.

In no event shall Fastodata's total liability exceed the amount you actually paid for the app.

5. Nature of the Application

SSSH is a network communication tool. The app simply transmits your commands to the remote server and displays the responses. Fastodata has no control over the content or behavior of the servers you connect to, the results of the commands you execute, or the availability of your network connection.

6. Local Storage & Security

The app stores passwords and SSH keys in the iOS Keychain. While this mechanism provides a high level of security, you are responsible for the physical protection of your device, the strength of your SSH passwords, and the revocation of compromised keys on your servers.

7. Intellectual Property

SSSH and its content (code, design, icons) are the property of Fastodata. The app uses open source libraries whose licenses are detailed within the app.

8. Changes

Fastodata reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the app after modification constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

Fastodata may suspend or terminate your access to the app in case of violation of these terms, without notice or compensation.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
